My shipping policy:

Since my shopping cart is free, it's limiting. It will add a full shipping charge to each item you add to your cart, but my policy is that I will never charge more than actual shipping and insurance fees plus $2 for packaging. Paypal will bill you for the amount you see in the shopping cart, but when I fill your order, I will refund any shipping charges beyond actual shipping and insurance plus $2 towards the box and packing materials.

My international shipping policy:

You can purchase items as usual, and I will email you with shipping options and prices, and send a paypal invoice for the difference after you choose a service. Again, I will never charge anything beyond actual shipping and insurance plus $2 towards the box and packing materials.
